Add new days (paste James's email)

In Outlook, open the newest Bay Central Daily Metrics email, select the whole table(s) (Ctrl+A in the message body works), copy, and paste below. Weekend emails with 3 days paste fine; the day headers ("Friday 10/9") set the dates. If no day header is found, the date below is used.

New days are kept in this browser until you publish. To make them permanent for everyone: Download updated page (bay-area.html), replace the file in GitHub, commit.

How to read this / data notes
  • Source: James Wright (AAA AFR) "Bay Central Daily Metrics" emails. Each row is one service day.
  • FirstLine = C240 Action, C187 Great America, C510 Ellison's. Combined numbers are volume-weighted.
  • Status colors are approximate. They are inferred from the fill colors in James's emails, not from a published AAA standard: Avg RT good <36 min, watch <40, poor <45, critical 45+; RT>90 good <5%, critical 11%+; Battery conv good 40%+, critical <30%; Passed calls good <3%, critical 3%+; Cancel good ≤8%, critical >10%. Confirm the real cutoffs with James and edit THRESH in the page source.
  • Battery conversion is weighted by total call volume (battery-call counts aren't in the email), so combined battery % is directional.
  • Bay Central total is James's reported Total / AFR SubTotal row. From 10/2 on it excludes C636 (Bay Area Autoworks).
  • Gaps: no emails for 9/18–9/21. C464 Friendly Towing appears 9/11–9/15 only; C636 appears from 10/2 (missing 10/7).
  • One correction: the 10/9 table listed C462 twice. The 8-call row was relabeled C636 (it matches C636's profile and the gap between James's total and the station sum).
  • Station filter: tap stations in the top bar to add or remove them. The cards, trend, leaderboard, heatmap and notes follow your pick; "FirstLine" resets to C240 + C187 + C510. Your pick is remembered in this browser.
  • Lower is better for response time, RT>90, passed calls and cancels. Higher is better for battery conversion.
