How the numbers work

Towbook driver credit = only the base tow or base service charge on the invoice: tow / hook rate lines (LD, MD, HD, PD rotation, PPI, transport, rotator), service-call lines (jump start, lockout, tire, fuel delivery, mobile mechanic, drivable transfer, recovery) and FSP shifts. Everything else is left out: storage and impound fees, mileage, fuel surcharge, tolls, labor, dollies, GOA, gate / lot-visit, lien, sign and permit fees, parts, battery sales and fees, environmental clean-up, equipment (forklift, bobcat), card fees and advance charges. Discounts on an invoice are taken off the base. Exception (approved 10/29/2026): AAA OVERAGE account calls (the AAA overage mileage invoice, line 'Mileage - AAA Overage' or a sub total with no line item) are credited at their full sub total (less any storage) to the driver(s) on the call, split equally on team calls. Every revenue figure in this dashboard (KPIs, charts, Drivers, Drill-Down, Ledger, Accounts, Daily, Payroll) uses this base-only credit; the invoice Sub Total appears only as a reference column. Click any call to see each invoice line and whether it counts.
Team calls (more than one driver on the call) are split equally among the drivers on the call; each driver gets one call credit. Drivers with at least one team call in the selected dates are highlighted with a badge showing how many, and team calls are highlighted in the Towbook Call Ledger.
Battery calls are credited a flat $65 per call on the Towbook side (accounts BATTERY NEW INSTALL and AAA BATTERY SERVICE with a sub total above $0, plus battery-only invoices on other accounts); $0 warranty calls stay at $0. The AAA statement amount for the same case is still counted under AAA revenue, unchanged.
Excluded: ACTION TOW, GREAT AMERICA TOW, INTERCOMPANY and Sub-Contractor lines. AAA rows with no named driver (blank, AAA, DLY or driver numbers not in the Driver Key) are left out.
AAA revenue (unchanged; AAA amounts include AAA mileage, per Shauna) = Total Amount from the AAA facility statements (C240, C510, C187, C093), matched to driver names with the Driver Key. Different spellings matched:
