1336 — the check engine light will fail an OBD-II smog test outright. Codes have to clear and the readiness monitors reset on a drive cycle before it can even be tested, so this needs shop time ahead of any registration work.
4693 — the clutch replacement is complete; the open item is reviewing what was charged for it, not further repair.
4684 — came back from Coast Counties with the problem unresolved. Worth establishing whether this is a comeback on their work before paying for a second diagnosis elsewhere.
203 — carried on the list with no open items so it is visibly accounted for rather than simply absent.
4690 Old / 4690 New — two different trucks share the 4690 number. The old one has the AC and under reach work; the new one is due for service.
